I'm an IBM Compliance Program Director, executive coach, author, and speaker—but my most important work is helping high-achieving women realize that their worth isn't tied to titles or applause.
My path wasn't a straight line, but every turn was preparation for the next step.
I never set out to build a career in technology. My journey began in rural Texas as the eldest of 10 children, where I learned resilience, self-reliance, and how to create safety within chaos. Those skills, learned out of necessity, became the bedrock of my entire professional life. Nearly 30 years ago, I walked into IBM as a recruiter and walked out as an Operations Manager—with no college degree and no tech experience. That single, unplanned moment launched a 26-year journey inside one of the world's most complex tech companies. Along the way, I battled the constant voice of "not enough" and the weight of imposter syndrome, even as I rose through the leadership ranks. That experience is exactly why I'm here today. I am rooted in deep faith, committed to resilient leadership, and stand firm in the belief that THE VOICE WITHIN WINS.

What Lights Me Up.
Helping women in tech see their own value, confront doubt, and rise into their full potential is the mission that drives me. I founded Manifesting Miracle Makers (M3) to be a space where high-achieving women can learn to confront self-limiting beliefs and reframe negative self-talk. My goal is to provide the tools and frameworks that allow you to achieve incredible professional and personal success without ever sacrificing your peace of mind. I believe that what you build inside yourself sustains everything you build on the outside.
